Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the CoFee offered by KeyValue Software Systems Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using CoFee, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not download, access, or use theCoFee.

1. Use of Application

CoFee is designed to help you track your payments and manage your payment collection. You may use CoFee only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions, explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using CoFee, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

3. User Responsibility

The payment collected by CoFee is solely for services provided by you,the CoFee user.You affirm that the services rendered are legally permitted and valid under applicable laws and regulations .You are solely responsible to ensure compliance with any applicable taxes, levies, and duties related to the services provided and the payments received through CoFee. CoFee and its operators do not assume any responsibility for the legality or validity of the services provided and to ensure tax compliance of the CoFee user.

4. User Accounts

To use CoFee, you need to create an account for which you need to provide your mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment Information

CoFee allows you to input payment information, including UPI id and bank account information such as bank account number,IFSC code. We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your payment information. We cannot assure you that unauthorised third parties will not be able to circumvent our systems or misuse your payment information. By using CoFee, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with providing your payment information.

6. Intellectual Property

CoFee and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by laws of India and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CoFee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that CoFee will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. You use CoFee at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of CoFee, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and our and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of CoFee, your violation of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Refund policy and process

CoFee is not responsible for the services provided by its users and is not liable for any refunds.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to CoFee at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.Any misuse of the payment platform for unlawful purposes will result in immediate termination of services and legal actions if necessary.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions and your use of CoFee are governed by the laws of India and the state of Kerala, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice to you. Your continued use of CoFee following the posting of revised terms and conditions means that you accept and agree to the changes.

14. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of CoFee.
